Find what stands before the inbox.
Send us your domain. Within two working days, you'll have a one-page note on its public setup and what to fix first. Free.
A person reads the findings and gives you a practical next step.
Give good writing a way through.
Six parts of the sending setup worth understanding before you press send.
-
SPF and DKIM
We check who your domain authorises to send and look for the signing setup a receiving inbox expects. Bring a message header if you want the signature checked against an actual email.
-
DMARC and alignment
We read your published DMARC policy and explain how it relates to your sending setup. A message header lets us check alignment on mail you've actually sent.
-
MX and the sending setup
We look at where your mail is hosted and how the visible domain records fit together, then identify the questions your sending setup needs to answer.
-
Domain age
We check the domain's age and ask about its sending history, so recommendations fit the point you've reached in preparing the mailboxes.
-
The main blacklists
We check the main public blacklists and show you any listings, with the source and date. That gives you a concrete place to investigate.
-
Warmup context
Tell us how you've warmed the mailboxes and what the provider reports. We use that context alongside the public records to explain what to check next.
Know what to fix first.
A one-page note you can act on or hand to whoever manages your domain.
- One page of practical findings from a person
- A clear first fix, with the reason it matters
- Dated findings linked to the records behind them
- In your inbox within two working days
We explain what needs changing and who can usually make the fix, so your DNS owner can pick up the note and get to work.
Turn the findings into better sending.
The public records are the starting point. Here's how to use them alongside the health of your actual mailboxes.
Correct records give your mail a sound foundation. Your domain's reputation and sending history still need attention, especially when the mailboxes are new. We explain how those pieces fit together in the note.
Work through authentication and mailbox health alongside the copy. The sending volume and the way people respond to your messages are part of the picture too, so a stronger draft is best paired with a well-managed sending setup.
Inbox placement, complaint rates and provider restrictions need evidence from the sending account or a placement test. Where that would help, we name the next check so you know exactly what to investigate.
For a quick look at the writing, the spam check runs in your browser and takes a minute.
Before you send the domain.
What do you need from me?
Send one domain and the address you use for outreach. That lets us start with the public records. A message header and your warmup report help us check the actual sending context too. If you use more than one domain, send the set and we'll look at them together.
Do I have to install anything?
You can start by emailing your domain. We read its public records and write the findings up for you. There's nothing to install. Where a question needs information from your sending account, we'll explain what would help you check it and what we can tell from the public setup.
Will you sell me something afterwards?
We'll send you the findings and answer your questions. You can take the note to whoever looks after your email and act on it yourself. If you'd like help with the work or want to discuss outbound more broadly, we can do that too. The check is useful either way.
How is this different from the free scanners?
You get a person's interpretation of the findings and a practical order for addressing them. We'll explain which records need attention, why they matter and what information would help with the next check. The finished note is written for you to use or pass straight to the person managing your domain.
